From this e-vd portal, a request for a weapon acquisition permit can be completed. The payment can also be made online with a credit card.
Should you not have an Internet access, the form can be completed at the Bureau des armes. (address below). Make sure to keep a proof of payment, as it is required to obtain the permit.
